Important Airport Info:  At peak travel times, the FAA is recommending that all airline passengers allow 1 to 1 1/2 hours to check-in before their flights. Airport Transportation - There really is a difference !

When it comes to limousine service, cheapest does not always equal the best.  If someone offers to put a roof on your house for $1000 less than the next closest bid, would that equal the same level of service?  More than likely not. There are differences. Type of cars, amount of insurance, reliability record, on-time record and so on. Is saving $15 on your trip to the airport worth risking the chance of missing your flight?

We have never missed getting a client to either airport to catch a flight. How many companies can say that? As with pretty much anything in the "Service Industry", you really do get what you pay for. If you want the "cheapest" rate, we may not be able to help you, if you want the BEST service and reliability,
pick up the phone!

 

Good questions to ask yourself when you plan on taking the bus to the Airport

"Okay, there are four of you going round trip to O'Hare? That'll be $269 please, now good luck finding a seat on the bus!

Why even consider the bus? Our limo comes directly to your door. You pay no parking.  You're not going to 'stop along the way' to get more passengers. but maybe you'd like to stop at the coffee shop and grab some coffee. Can't do that on the bus! You won't share the ride with all sorts of people. Not much privacy there!  Plus you have to leave even earlier than you would in a limo since you have to park, buy tickets, make additional stops.

All of our rates included EVERYTHING except your drivers gratuity and the mandatory $2.00 Chicago airport tax which is applied to incoming flights only.

Okay, we prefer to be "up front" with our clientele.  Most companies show their rates on the Internet as "shared ride" rates, meaning there's a good chance you'll be going to the airport with someone else joining you in your car for the trip. Sure the rate looks nice and low, until the rest of the people start piling in along the route. Then you can share your ride with a group of strangers, one with overpowering perfume, one that wants to watch TV and 2 pre-school age children that are not very happy being up at 3 AM....and you thought you'd grab a quick nap before boarding the plane!  If you're going to have to share your ride, you may as well just take the bus. Sure that $59 rate to the airport looks great until tolls, customer service fees and so on bring your price up another $15 .... and you had to share the ride with people you've never seen before.

All of our limousine rates are for "Private Cars".  You (or your group) rent the car, and nobody else will be coming along for the ride. We don't tack on hidden "extra" charges such as customer service processing fees, tolls, extra fee's for using your credit card, extra charges due to traffic tie ups and on and on. 99.9% of the time what we quote you is what you pay. The only variance to that may be you not holding up your end of the deal and notifying us of your switching flights or if you're delayed on your return due to bad weather or flight cancellations. Do note however that with the occasional changes taking place in Flight Schedules and when weather forces flight delays, we have found it necessary at times to forgo the "Private Car" on just a few occasions in an effort to get our clients home, There are only so many vehicles to go around, and if your flight is delayed for a long period or if you arrive much earlier than scheduled, we will do our very best to get you home, however that may mean sharing a ride with someone in your neighborhood. If we do have to do that, in most cases we will attempt to make an adjustment to your price, however after a long day of travel many people are more than happy to share a car just to get home and aren't really concerned about if they ride along with another friendly client !!

All of our vehicles are "smoke free" meaning you won't be getting into a car that smells of stale smoke.  Our vehicle interiors are inspected after each client leaves. If they need to be vacuumed, we'll do that.  If the windows are smudged, we'll clean them. Each car is equipped with it's own cleaning supply kit and vacuum. You're paying for a clean car, don't settle for anything less !

And the most important part of it all .... we have NEVER missed a client pickup going to either airport.  Something to think about when you're looking out your front door at 4 AM for the car that was due 15 minutes earlier and you have no idea where your driver is. That won't be a problem with All American Limousine and Transportation.  Our drivers normally call the day before your departure to confirm your time and ask for any last minute directions to your home so they're not lost in a maze when they should be picking you up. We also provide you with the cell phone number of your driver. You can contact him/her directly, not call some business office and listen to a recording telling you they are now closed.  We are also regulated by the Interstate Commerce Commission (very few independent drivers are).  For us, Customer Service is the TOP priority !

Sure you could use another service, "roll the dice" and save a few dollars on your
airport trip ........ but why would you ???

The rates we quote you include all charges listed above (tolls, taxes, etc.) what we quote is what you pay, and the car is yours and yours alone!   The only item we don't force on our airport clients is the drivers gratuity and again the only additional charge not included in our rates is the Mandatory Chicago Airport Tax of $2.00 for all clients picked up at the airports. It does not apply to drop-off at the airports.
